How do I even begin to thank you for all that you have done to help me reach my goals? Having you as my trainer has truly been a life changing experience. You not only put 200% of yourself into helping me achieve my fitness objectives but you were also a great friend and mentor along the way.
Your customized diet and exercise program definitely requires hard work, discipline and dedication, but you made it a lot of fun too.
I now see my body in a completely different way. Whereas I used to try to play down my curves and muscles, I’m now trying to develop them and show them off.
Also, now that I have cleaned up my diet and you have taught me how to eat the right foods in the right combinations – I can’t believe how much I NEED to eat to stay fit and healthy!!! It’s wonderful and I’ve completely lost my appetite for foods that I know don’t nourish my body. Okay, so once in a while I can be tempted …
Lastly, I wanted to thank you for making my first time at Nationals a positive and AWESOME experience! With your guidance I felt completely prepared and confident on stage, and it was such an amazing experience to be competing with so many top fitness models from around the world.
